Shredded Pork Tacos

Makes a lot!! Freezes great - just add more salsa when reheating.

Ingredients
1
boneless pork tenderloin (~2 lbs)
1
package taco seasoning
1
Knorr's chipotle bouillon cube (I buy on Amazon)
1
beer
1
can black beans (rinsed, drained)
1
jar Newman's black bean and corn salsa
Taco toppings: lime, avocado slices, shredded cheese, cilantro, etc
Tortillas
Directions

Mix taco seasoning and crushed chipotle cube together. Rub pork tenderloin with seasonings. Place in slow cooker. Add beer, beans, and salsa. Cook low 8-10 hours. Turn pork over and stir half way through if possible. Remove pork after 8-10 hours to a cutting board to shred with a couple of forks. Place back into slow cooker and mix with juices. Serve for tacos!
