Cashew Dip

The lime in this unique and healthy cashew dip gives it a nice tang. Great with raw veggies, crackers, or even as a sandwich spread.

Ingredients

cup cashews
1
tsp lime zest

tbsp shredded coconut
Juice from one lime
1
tbsp nutritional yeast
1/2
tsp salt
1/2
cup water
Directions
1.
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor, blend until creamy. You can place in two ring molds and refrigerate overnight or serve as is from a bowl.
