Slow Cooker Chicken & Mushroom Stroganoff

Very smooth and creamy. The chicken just falls apart and the flavor is amazing! It is a Pinterest find!

Ingredients

Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts (Whole or Cubed)
1
(8 oz) Pkg Sliced Mushrooms
1
(8 oz) Cream Cheese
1
(10 1/2 oz) Cream of Chicken Soup
1
Envelope (1 1/4 oz) Dry Onion Soup Mix
Salt & Pepper to Taste
Parsley for Garnish (Optional)
1
lb Large Egg Noodles for Serving
Directions
1.
Place chicken in the bottom of the lightly greased slow cooker. Add the mushrooms.
2.
In a medium sized bowl add cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, and dry onion soup mix.
3.
Mix thoroughly and spread on top of chicken and mushrooms.
4.
Cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
5.
Serve over noodles, salt and pepper to taste. Top with fresh parsley.
