Ingredients

bag (16 oz) carrots, broccoli, cauliflower combination - thawed and drained
1
can cream of mushroom soup
1
cup (4 oz) shredded swiss cheese
1/3
cup sour cream
1/4
tsp ground black pepper
1
jar chopped pimento
1
can (2.8 oz) french fried onions
Directions
1.
Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimento, and 1/2 ca french fried onion.
2.
Pour into a 1 quart casserole dish.
3.
Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
4.
Top with remaining cheese and onions.
5.
Bake uncovered 5 minutes.
