Fresh Juicy Tomato Pasta Sauce

Instead of using a jar, why not make a fresh sauce yourself.

Ingredients
punnet of cherry tomatoes
4
tbsp Pine Nuts, toasted

gr Butter
1/4
cup- torn basil leaves
1/4
cup- white wine
Directions
1.
Pre-heat oven to 180°. Line baking tray with paper and roast Cherry Tomatoes for 20-30mins (until blistered).
2.
Toast pine nuts in frypan, and then fry off leaves for 1 minute. Add wine. Place butter and tomatoes in, and melt butter.
3.
Let set for 5 minutes so flavours infuse.
