Butternut Squash And Kale Soup

cup 1-inch butternut squash chopped (can buy pre-chopped at many grocery stores

cups low sodium vegetable broth

cups water

cups kale leaves (or bag

can white beans, rinsed and drained
fresh black pepper to taste
optional: grated parmesan cheese for serving
Directions
1.
In crockpot put all ingredients except the Kale. Cook on high 4-5 hours or low 6-8 hours. In the last 30 minutes put in Kale. Serve with favorite rolls.
