Paella

Ingredients

chicken thighs

fl oz olive oil

oz onion, medium dice
garlic, chopped 1 tblspn

oz red bell pepper, medium
2
oz green bell pepper, medium

oz long grain rice

fl oz chicken stock

pinch safforn

shrimp, peeled

scollop

Directions
1.
1. Season Chicken with salt and pepper. Pan-fry it in the oil, browning it well. Cook until done
2.
approximately 20 minutes. Remove the chicken and reseve
3.
2. Add the onions, garlic and bell peppers to the pan and saute until tender
4.
3. add the rice and saute until it turns translucent.
5.
4. Ad the saffron to the chicken stock. Stir the chick stock into the rice and bring to boil.
6.
5. Add the clams, scallops, sauage to pan. Cove and place in a 375 F oven for 20 minutes
7.
6. Add shrimp and cook chicken to the pan. Cover and cook for additonal 15 minutes.
8.
7. Cook until the shrimp and Scallops are done. The chicken is hot and all the shell fish are open
