bib lettuce 4 slice

oz kalamata black olives
4
oz concuess sliced tomatoes

oz vinaigrette
Directions
1.
1. Make mark on tomatoe and place in boiling water will skin start peeling. Remove Tomatoe
2.
2. Peel off skin and Slice the tomatoes to remove the inside then slice Tomatoes for plating.

3. Slice the Olives in half. Place the Bib Lettuce in the middle and then olives around the plate.
4.
4. Place the slice tomatoes in front of the bib lettuce towards the center front of the plate.
5.
Vinaigrette: Smash Garlic, place in mixing bowl, add white wine vinegar, add in some lemon juice.
6.
add honey, salt and paper then stir in oil to make vinaigrette and place on top of bib lettuce.
