oz butter

veal tt

oz shallots
2
oz garlic
4
oz mushroom
1
oz white wine
4
oz brown stock
3
oz cream
Directions
1.
1. Flour the minced veal with S & P then in pan heat up butter, putting in the garlic
2.
2. shallots to sweat for 1 min then adding veal to cook then add mushroom.
3.
3. Deglaze with wine then add brown stock and let simmer till cooked
4.
4. Add cream before serving.
