Banana Bread Cobbler

Ingredients

cup self rising flour

cup sugar

cup milk
1/2
cup butter,melted
4
medium rip bananas, sliced
Streusel Topping:
3/4
cup packed brown sugar
1/2
cup self rising flour
1/2
cup butter, softened
1
cup uncooked regular oats
1/2
tsp cinnamon
1/2
cup chopped pecans.
Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 375. Lightly grease an 11x7x2 inch or 9x9x2 inch pan with cooking spray.
2.
Whisk together flour, sugar and milk. Whisk in melted butter. Pour batter into prepared pan.
3.
Top batter with sliced bananas
4.
Stir together brown sugar, self rising flour, softened butter, and cinnamon until crumbly.
5.
Stir in Oatmeal ans pecans, sprinkle over bananas
6.
Bake for 40-45 minutes, until golden brown
