Spicy Yogurt Soup

a simple quick and easy spicy Yogurt soup that is used as part of a meal platter,or with any rice recipe such as plain rice,or even rotli, . It also tastes great just by itself.

Ingredients

cup Yogurt
4
tbsp Gram Flour
1/2
tsp Chilli Powder
2-3
Green Chillies finely chopped
2
tbsp Vegetable Oil
4
Dried red chillies
3
Garlic Cloves
1
piece of fresh ginger, crushed, fresh corriander leaves to garnish
Directions
1.
Mix together the yogurt, gram flour, chilli powder turmeric and salt, pass them through a strainer into a sauce pan. Add the green chillies and cook gently for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Heat oil in a heavy- based pan and fry the remaining spices, crushed garlic, and dried chillies until they turn dark brown.
3.
Pour the oil and the spices over the yogurt soup, cover the pan and leave to rest for 5 minutes. Mix well and gently reheat. Serve hot, garnished with coriander leaves
