Chicken - Sindhi Style. Sindhi cooking has influence of Mughlai and Indian cuisine.

Ingredients

tbsp - vegetable oil

large ( 1/2 kg) - onions chopped

medium (400 g) - tomatoes chopped
1 1/2
kg - chicken pieces

gr - ginger chopped

- green chillies chopped
1
cup - curd beaten
1
tsp - turmeric powder
1
tsp - red chilli powder
1
tbsp - coriander powder
4
tsp - salt
Directions
1.
Heat oil in cooker for about 2 minutes. Add onion and fry till transparent. Add tomatoes. Stir fry for about 2 minutes. Add all other ingredients. Stir.
2.
Close cooker. Bring to full pressure on high heat. Reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes.
3.
Remove cooker from heat. Allow to cool naturally.
4.
Open cooker. Place cooker on high heat. Cook till liquid dries up and oil shows separately (approximately 10 minutes), stirring occasionally. Serve hot.
