Spareribs With Beer And Honey.

Ingredients

lb (1.3 kg) - back ribs

tbsp - vegetable oil

/2 cup - beer
1/2
cup - honey
1/2
tsp - dry mustard
1
tsp - chilli powder
1/4
tsp - sage
1
tsp - lemon juice
2
tsp - salt
Directions
1.
Recipe can be reduced to one-third by reducing all ingredients proportionately.
2.
Divide ribs into 3 batches. Heat oil in cooker for about 2 minutes. Brown and remove each batch.
3.
Remove cooker from heat. Drain off fat. Add ribs and remaining ingredients. Mix well.
4.
Close cooker. Bring to full pressure on high heat. Reduce heat and cook for 20 minutes.
5.
Remove cooker from heat. Allow to cool naturally.
6.
Open cooker. Place ribs on serving dish. Keep hot.
7.
Drain off fat from cooking liquid. Return cooker to medium heat and boil till liquid is reduced to half, stirring occasionally. Pour over meat. Serve hot.
