Salmon Steaks.

Juicy and healthy recipe.

Ingredients

medium (5 oz / 150 g) - onion sliced in rings

lb / 800 g) - salmon steaks 1 inch (2.5 cm) thick
1/2
cup - dry white wine
1/4
tsp - salt
1/8
tsp - pepper

- lemon sliced
Directions
1.
o cook reduced quantities : do not reduce wine at all.
2.
Put grid in cooker. Spread onion on grid. Place fish on onion. Pour wine over fish. Sprinkle salt and pepper on fish. Arrange lemon slices over fish reserving four lemon slices for garnish.
3.
Close cooker. Bring to full pressure on high heat. Reduce heat and cook 6 minutes.
4.
Remove cooker from heat. Press finger-tip control/lift vent weight lightly to release pressure.
5.
Open cooker. Place fish on serving dish. Discard onion and lemon. Serve hot, garnished with reserved lemon slices.
