Pork Chops & Rice

Aunt Mary Ellen - Extremely easy, as it would need to be for me to cook.

Ingredients

pork chops – lean

cups of water
1
tsp salt

tbsp oil
1
cup rice (use Uncle Bens, and cook as directed)
1
can cream of mushroom soup
flour
1/4
cup of water
Directions
1.
Cook rice until tender. Brown floured and salted pork chops in oil. Add mushroom soup and ¼ cup of water. Cover and cook for 15 minutes. Line a deep casserole dish with the rice. Cover with the pork chops and the gravy. Bake for 30-45 minutes at 350° or until tender.
