Cilantro Sauce

Christan Bury - This is something I’ve been making recently and it’s honestly good on anything!! Rice, quinoa, pasta, veggies. I love it with fish or a salsa for fish/chicken tacos.

Ingredients

onion

bunch cilantro
1-2
inches ginger (i keep a block frozen and grate in vs chop)
zest and juice of 1 lemon
1
seeded jalapeno (a few seeds are ok)

tsp sugar optional
Directions
1.
Blend together the following ingredients. Can stay in fridge for up to 2 weeks.
