Crush cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form. Mix crumbs and butter in a medium bowl. Press onto bottom of 13x9 dish. Refrigerate until ready to use. Whisk cream cheese, sugar, and 2 Tbsp. milk in medium bowl. Stir in 1 1/4 cup Cool Whip. Spread over Oreo crust. Beat pudding mixes and 3 1/4 cups mild with whisk for 2 minutes. Pour over cream cheese layer. Let stand 5 minutes or until thickened. Cover with remaining Cool Whip. Refrigerate for 4 hours. Serve and enjoy!
