Salmon Bok Choy

Ingredients
teriyaki sauce
vegetable oil or cooking spray
1/2
cup onion, chopped
1
tsp low sodium soy sauce
1
tsp garlic minced
1
tsp sesame oil, for drizzling
rice
Directions
1.
Salmon: Marinate in a teriyaki sauce before grilling (or baking)
2.
Rice: Boil the rice on the stove
3.
Heat vegetable oil or cooking spray in a saute pan over medium-high heat. Add the bok choy and onion and saute for 7 minutes, or until the bok choy leaves become tender.
4.
Add the soy sauce and minced garlic to the pan. Saute for 1-3 minutes, or until garlic becomes fragrant.
5.
Remove form heat and drizzle with sesame oil before serving.
