lb boneless pork chops

tbsp flour

cup onion, chopped
1
cup apple juice
2
cups instant brown rice
Directions
1.
Cook rice according to directions on box. Lightly flour pork chops and brown on both sides in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in onion and apple juice and bring to a boil. Lower heat, cover and simmer on medium-low heat for 20 minutes or until pork chops are no longer pink. Serve over rice.
