Cut Italian bread in half, lengthwise. Hollow out top and bottom of the loaves, leaving a 1/2 inch shell (discard removed bread or save for another use)

Combine cheeses, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, and Mayonnaise. Spread over cut sides of Italian bread.

Layer ham, pickles, and turkey on the bottom half of loaf. Gently press halves together.

Wrap in plastic and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Slice and enjoy!

Variation: You may substitute Roast beef for the smoked turkey
