Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients

cups oatmeal

tsp baking powder

tsp salt

tsp cinnamon
1/4
cup sugar
1/2
cup brown sugar
2
cups milk
1
egg
1/3
cup applesauce
1/4
cup cooking oil
Optional: add 1 cup of fruit, such as blueberries, diced apples or peaches
Directions
1.
Mix the dry ingredients. Mix the wet ingredients. Combine them. Put it into a greased casserole dish and cook at 400 for 40 minutes. Serve in a bowl with milk.
