Directions

Gently blend the turkey, panko, egg, ginger, garlic, cilantro, scallions, soy sauce and sesame oil and form into small balls – I use a small metal ice cream scoop to portion, then roll with my hands.

Brown in a non-stick skillet 3 to 4 minutes, until cooked through. Blend the sauce ingredients – soy sauce, sesame oil, lime juice, and scallion –pour over meatballs in skillet and cook a minute to reduce slightly.
