Stuffed Mushrooms

Easy, healthy and delicious. Remove sausage for a vegetarian version

Ingredients

containers portabella mushrooms, rinsed
1
bag frozen spinach, thawed
1
smoked sausage rope, chopped into small pieces
1
(8 oz) brick cream cheese
1
cup shredded cheddar cheese
1
box french fried onions
Directions
1.
Hollow out mushrooms, add caps to baking dish
2.
In a large bowl, mix spinach, chopped sausage, and cream cheese.
3.
Fill mushrooms with the cream cheese mixture
4.
Top with shredded cheddar cheese
5.
Bake at 400 for 25 minutes
6.
Top with french fried onions and serve
