Slow Cooker Shredded Chicken Bacon Ranch Sandwiches

Easy slow cooker recipe, best served on hamburger buns or rolls

Ingredients
3
large chicken breasts, thawed
1
(8 oz) brick cream cheese
1
packet hidden valley dry ranch seasoning mix
8
strips bacon, chopped
1
cup chopped green onion
1
bag shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1.
Place chicken breasts on the bottom of slow cooker
2.
Sprinkle ranch seasoning over chicken
3.
Set brick of cream cheese right on top (don't worry, it melts)
4.
Cover and cook on high for 4 hours.
5.
Once done, shred chicken (I use my hand mixer right in the slow cooker)
6.
Add green onion, bacon and shredded cheese
7.
Cover and cook 15 minutes more to melt cheese
8.
Scoop out and serve on buns or rolls
