Ingredients

tbsp gelatine
1/2
cup cold water
2
cups boiling water
1
cup sugar
salt
3
egg whites
3/4
cup lemon juice
Directions
1.
Soften gelatine in cold water for 5 minutes. Add the boiling water, sugar + a few stains of salt and stir until dissolved. Add the lemon juice, chill and when the mixture begins to set, heat well and fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into a wet mold and refrigerate it. Take out the platter and serve with custard sauce
