cup maple syrup (can use honey or rice syrup, agave, etc)
Vanilla
1/2
dried blueberries (or any dried fruit)
Directions
1.
Mix oats, almonds, flax, pecans, pepitas, sunflower seeds, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, and egg white in a large bowl.
2.
In a saucepan, melt coconut oil, syrup, nut butter and vanilla.
3.
Once melted together, combine the contents of the saucepan into the dry ingredient bowl.
4.
Spread onto a baking sheet with parchment paper.
5.
Bake at 290 degrees F for approx 42 minutes.
6.
Mix in 1/2 cup dried berries before storing!
7.
For an extra step, I used to bake for 40 minutes, then take berries mixed in more vanilla, and then add the berries to granola and bake for 5 more minutes. I don’t do that anymore because I can’t really tell the difference in taste.)
