Hummus

A delicious creamy dip that can be served anytime of the day.

Ingredients
1/4
cup tahini
1/4
cup lemon juice
1/2
clove of garlic
2
tbsp olive oil
1
tsp salt
1
chick peas
Directions
1.
Add tahini into a food processor or blender. Add lemon juice to the tahini in the blender. Make sure no seeds get put into the blender. Peel and mince the garlic and add that and the olive oil into the blender. Add the salt and later you can add more based on what you like. Open the chick peas and drain out all of the liquid in the can. Add it all the blender and start blending. If you want creamy hummus blend longer. Put it into a plate and you can add olive oil and paprika to the top to make it look nice and taste better.
