Olive Cheese Balls

Ingredients

cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1 1/4
cups flour
1/2
cup butter or margarine, softened
dash of Tabasco sauce
1
medium jar of green olives with pimentos
Directions
1.
Drain olives and lay out on paper towels. Pat dry. Mix cheese and flour. Add butter and Tabasco and mix thoroughly. May have to work with your hands. Mold about 1 teaspoon of dough around each

olive and shape into a ball. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Cover and chill at least 1 hour. Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 15-20 minutes or until lightly brown.

Olive balls freeze very well (unbaked).
