Directions

Saute onion in butter until tender, add mushrooms and cook until soft. Drain off any excess liquid that mushrooms may make. Mix in flour and stir well. Take off heat. Add sour cream and mix well.

Put into a small casserole dish. Top with shredded cheese. Bake at 375 until bubbly, about 15-20 minutes. Serve with party Rye, Pumpernickel or crackers.
