Crunchy Spinach Dip

Ingredients

(10 oz) pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1
can (8 oz) water chestnuts, finely chopped
3/4
cup chopped green onions
1
envelope vegetable or leek soup mix
1 1/2
cups sour cream
1/2
cup mayonnaise
Directions
1.
Combine all of the ingredients, mixing well. Chill overnight to blend flavors.
2.
Can serve in hollowed out loaf of sourdough bread. Serve with vegetables, crackers or bread cubes.
