Chinese Chicken Wings

Ingredients

lb chicken wings, cut at joints into pieces
5
cloves garlic, minced
3-4
tb margarine/butter
1/3
ketchup
1/3
cup cider vinegar
1/2
cup brown sugar
1/3
cup water
Directions
1.
Grill wings or brown in skillet. Remove and drain.
2.
In a saucepan, saute garlic in margarine until tender, not brown. Add ketcup, vinegar, brown sugar and water. Cook for 10 minutes. Put chicken wings in a large flat roasting pan and pour sauce over. Bake at 350 stirring occasionally until sauce has been absorbed and wings are browned.
