Tex Mex Dip

Ingredients

ripe avocados
1/2
tsp salt
1/4
tsp pepper
1
pkg taco seasoning
1
cup green onion, chopped
1
can black olives, chopped
2
tbsp lemon juice
1
/c cup mayonnaise
1
cup sour cream
1
large can re-fried beans
2
tomatoes, chopped
1
(8 oz) pkg sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
1.
Peel and mash avocados, add lemon juice, salt and pepper. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning.
2.
To assemble: Spread re-fried beans on a large flat serving plate. Top with avocado mixture, leaving some of the beans showing around the edge. Next spread the sour cream/taco mixture. Sprinkle with chopped green onion, tomatoes, black olives ans shredded cheese. Chill.
3.
Serve with tortilla chips.
