Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

lb large mushrooms
1/2
cup grated Parmesan cheese
garlic powder
1
stick margarine or butter
2
cups Italian bread crumbs
1
tsp oregano
salt & pepper
Directions
1.
Wash mushrooms, remove stems. Arrange mushroom caps on a baking sheet. Chop stems and saute in margarine/butter until tender. Add bread crumbs, cheese and seasonings. Mound into mushroom caps, pressing filling in.
2.
Bake at 350 for about 25 minutes or until tender.
