Cheese And/Or Anchovy Appetizer

Ingredients
1/4
lb butter
1/4
lb cream cheese, softened
1
cup flour
extra sharp cheddar cheese
anchovy paste or anchovy fillets
Directions
1.
Work cream cheese, butter and flour together. Form into a ball. Chill thoroughly. On a floured surface, roll pieces of dough very thin. Cut into circles. For Anchovies:Spread with anchovy paste or a small piece of anchovy fillet. For Cheese: put a small square of cheddar on circle. Fold over, so edges meet and crimp well with a fork.

Bake at 400 until lightly browned.
