Italian Pasta Salad

Ingredients

oz thin spaghetti, broken in half and cooked unti al dente, drained
6
oz jar marinated artichokes, sliced, reserve juice

small zucchini, sliced
1
carrot, shredded
2
oz hard salami, diced
1
cup shredded mozarella cheese
1
cup sliced black olives
2
tbsp grated parmesan cheese
combine all of the above ingredients in a larg pasta bowl
in a screw top jar combine and shake well

tbsp oil
3
tbsp vinegar
3/4
tsp dry mustard
2
tbsp sugar
1
tsp oregano
3
tbsp fresh basil, minced
2
cloves garlic, minced
pour over pasta and vegetables and toss. chill
