Hot German Potato Salad

Ingredients

medium potatoes
6
slices bacon
1/2
cup onion, chopped
2
tbsp flour
2
tbsp sugar
2
tsp salt
1/2
tsp celery seed
3/4
cup water
1/3
cup vinegar
Directions
1.
Peel potatoes and slice thin. Cook in salted water until just tender.
2.
Fry bacon until crisp. Remove from pan and drain off bacon grease.
3.
Leave enough to cook onion until tender. Stir in flour, sugar, celery seed, salt and pepper. Cook over low heat until bubbly. Add water and vinegar and boil for one minute.
4.
Stir in potatoes and bacon. Heat through.
