Pickled Beets

Ingredients

can (16 oz) sliced beets, save liquid from 2 cans
1
large onion, sliced
1/2
cup vinegar
1
tsp salt
3
bay leaves
1/4
cup sugar
Directions
1.
Combine vinegar, beet juice, onion, salt, bay leaves and sugar.

Boil for 3-4 minutes.
3.
Add beets and chill.
