Blueberry Filled French Toast

Ingredients
blueberry sauce

cup sugar

cup water

tbsp cornstarch

cup blueberries
Directions

The night before: Using a 9x13 pan, layer white bread cubes, blueberries and cut up cream cheese (about 6 oz) ending with a layer of bread on top. Beat together 12 eggs, 2 cups milk and 1/3 cup

maple syrup. Pour over and let sit overnight.

Cover and bake 350 for 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake for 30 minutes more. Serve with blueberry sauce.

For the sauce: In a pot, combine sugar, water, and cornstarch. Cook until bubbly. Add blueberries and simmer.
