Chicken Cordon Bleu

Ingredients

lb boneless chicken breasts
4
oz sliced ham
1
cup seasoned bread crumbs
1
can cream of chicken soup
4
oz sliced Swiss cheese
2
eggs, beaten
1/2
cup milk
2-3
tb white wine
Directions
1.
Pound chicken breasts until thin.
2.
Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on top of each. Roll up and fasten with a toothpick.
3.
Dip in egg then bread crumbs. Place in greased baking dish.
4.
Combine milk, soup and wine, bring to a boil. Pour over chicken. Bake at 350 for about 1 hour. Bake for 30 minutes longer covered then uncover to brown.
