Chicken Marsala

Ingredients
4
boneless chicken breasts (can use turkey cutlets)
1 1/2
cups fresh mushrooms
1
small onion, sliced thin
3/4
cup Marsala wine
2
tbsp lemon juice
3/4
cup milk mixed with 3 Tb four (blend well)
fresh parsley
love oil
optional: sundried tomatoes, soaked until soft
Directions
1.
Cut chicken in pieces and pound until very thin. Dredge in flour. Lightly brown in olive oil and remove from pan.
2.
Saute onion, then add mushrooms. Return chicken to pan. Saute and add wine, lemon juice, milk mixture and cook until sauce starts to thicken.
3.
Serve with rice or noodles. Garnish with lemon wedge.
