Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
4
large green peppers
1
lb lean ground beef
2
tbsp grated onion
1
cup cooked rice
1
egg, beaten
salt, pepper, oregano & basil
2
cans tomato soup
Directions
1.
Cut tops off peppers, remove seeds.
2.
Mix ground beef with onion, rice, egg and seasonings. Fill peppers with mixture and put tops back on. Mixt tomato soup with 1 1/2 cans water and heat in large sauce pan. Add peppers.
3.
Gently simmer for about 1-2 hours.
