Swedish Meatballs

Ingredients

lb lean ground beef
3-4
slices white bread
1
egg
1/2
cup onion, very finely chopped
seasonings: salt, pepper, garlic powder & onion salt
1
can cream of mushroom soup
milk
Directions
1.
Combine bread with enough milk to make soft.
2.
Combine ground beef, egg, onion and seasonings. Add bread mixture and combine well. Form into small meatballs and brown in skillet. Remove from pan and drain. Pour off any excess oil from pan.
3.
To pan add mushroom soup and 1/2 can of water. Blend well and bring to a simmer. Add meatballs and cook for about 1/2 hour.
4.
Serve over noodles or mashed potatoes.
