Broocoli Casserole

Ingredients
1
large bunch of broccoli or 1 large bag frozen
1
large onion, sliced thin
1
can cream of mushroom soup
1/2
cup milk
8
oz Swiss cheese, grated
butter
bread crumbs
Directions
1.
Saute onion in 1 Tb butter until tender.
2.
Cut fresh broccoli in pieces and blanch until just al dente. Drain and combine with onion. If using frozen broccoli, do not cook first.
3.
Combine soup with milk. In a casserole dish put 1/2 of the broccoli, then 1/2 cheese then 1/2 of the soup mixture. Then another layer. Top with buttered crumbs.
4.
Bake at 375 for 30-40 minutes or until bubbly.
