Spinach Souffle

Ingredients

pkgs frozen chopped spinach
1
cup sour cream
1
pkg lipton onion soup mix
1
cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
1.
Cook spinach and drain very well.
2.
Combine onion soup and sour cream. Stir this into spinach.
3.
Pour into casserole dish. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 until bubbly, about 1/2 hour.
