Ned's Wedding Potatoes

Ingredients

lb new potatoes, quartered and boiled until not quite done
1/2
lb angel hair pasta
1
large onion, chopped
1
cup heavy cream
1/2
lb fontina cheese, cubed
1/2
cup grated Parmesan
1
clove garlic, minced
2
cups chicken broth
1/2
tsp thyme
salt & pepper
Directions
1.
Drop pasta in boiling water. When water starts to boil again, drain.

Saute onion and garlic until golden.

In a large casserole, layer potatoes, onions, pasta, fontina cheese and spices. Combine

cream and chicken broth and pour over. Top with Parmesan.
5.
Bake at 375 for 1 hour.
