Potatoes Au Gratin

Ingredients
8-10
medium potatoes, boiled with skins on
2
cups White Sauce (recipe follows)
1 1/2
cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2
cup Corn Flake crumbs
salt, pepper, onion salt and paprika
Directions
1.
Peel potatoes and cut in cubes.
2.
Make white sauce: melt about 3 Tb butter in sauce pan, stir in 3-4 Tb flour. When smooth add 2 cups milk and seasonings. Stir with wire whisk until thickened.
3.
In a greased casserole dish, layer potatoes and cheese. Pour white sauce over. Top with corn flake crumbs.
4.
Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes or until bubbly.
