Twice Baked Potatoes

Ingredients

large idaho baking potatoes
4
tbsp butter
1
cup sour cream
1
cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
milk
salt & pepper to taste
Directions
1.
Bake potatoes and cool slightly, enough to be able to handle.
2.
Slice a thin slice off top and scoop out insides. Place in large mixing bowl with remaining ingredients and mix with electric mixer until very smooth.
3.
Spoon mixture back into potato shell and bake at 350 for about 20 minutes. These freeze very well.
