Chicken Nasi Goreng

Ingredients
1/3
cup brown rice, rinsed

tsp olive oil

gr chicken thighs, cut into small chunks
1
clove garlic, finely chopped
1/2
long red chilli, finely sliced (optional)
2
tsp oyster sauce
1
tsp fish sauce
1/4
wombok cabbage, shredded
1
tbsp kecap manis
1/2
lemon
Directions
1.
Place rice, 2/3 cup water and 1/4 tsp salt in a medium saucepan and bring to the boil. Reduce to a simmer, cover and cook for 30 minutes. Remove from heat and cook chicken pieces, leaving to brown, without stirring for a few minutes. Stir and continue to cook. Stir through garlic and chilli (optional).

Add oyster and fish sauces, rice and cabbage, stir frying for a few minutes until rice is well coated and cabbage has wilted. Stir through kecap manis.
3.
Squeeze with lemon to serve.
