crumbled goat cheese

tsp jalapeno, diced and deseeded

tbsp fresh lime juice

cup olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

cups arugula
Directions
1.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

Serve chilled on a bed of arugula.
