Snickerdoodles

Classic snikerdoodle cookies. I usually skip using cream of tartar.

Ingredients
3 1/4
cups all-purpose flour
1/2
tsp baking soda
1/2
tsp cream of tartar
1
cup butter
2
cups sugar
2
eggs
1/4
cup milk
1
tsp vanilla
3
tbsp sugar
1
tsp ground cinnamon
Directions
1.
Grease a cookie sheet and pre-heat oven at 375

Stir together flour, baking soda, cream of tartar, and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
3.
Beat butter for thirty seconds; add the two cups of sugar and beat till fluffy. Add eggs, milk, and vanilla; beat well.
4.
Add dry ingredients to beaten mixture; mix well.
5.
Roll dough into 1-inch balls and roll in mixture of cinnamon and sugar. Flatten slightly with the bottom of a drinking glass if using cream of tartar.
